Shipping Policy
Products that have been ordered and paid, will be delivered to customers by post services mainly shipped by Kerry Express and FLASH as the main delivery services.
The details provided by customers include:
Full name, address and contact phone number
Our delivery options are standard and express; within the business days (Monday to Friday). Most orders are dispatched on the next business day. The following standard and express delivery time frames will apply once your order has been dispatched:
Standard: within Bangkok take 2-3 business days to deliver.
Upcountry takes 3-4 business days.
Rate: 50THB/order
Express: within Bangkok take 1-2 business days to deliver.
Upcountry takes 3-7 business days.
Rate: 70THB/order
The tracking number will be sent right after the product had been shipped, together with tracking link/website of the post service we use.
We do not have cash-on delivery service, express delivery or door-to-door service. Requesting such services, the store reserves the right to check in prior to identify any additional costs and before accepting the order.
We may use Grab/Line Man services, which initially have a delivery charge of approximately 300THB/delivery.
The product will be delivered with the utmost care. If there is any damaged during transport, please notify us immediately to discuss your situation.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns will be accepted within 7 days from delivery date.
Returns received outside of these dates may not be accepted.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
If you would like to return an item that you purchased through our online store, please inform us at Lind ID @wellness.coner and please include your name, order number, and reason for the return.
Once you have received our reply, please post the item back to us at the address below. You will be responsible for any shipping charges to return your item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed post.
Please allow 5-7 days for shipping and processing time. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
